UNDATED (AP) — Miranda Lambert, Kings of Leon and Green Day are headlining a new country-rock fest in Kentucky. The NiFi Festival will be at the Kentucky Speedway August 28-30. Nitro Fidelity is partnering with Speedway Motorsports. The promoters say there will be festivals next year at the Texas Motor Speedway and the Charlotte, North Carolina, Motor Speedway. Other acts on the Kentucky bill this year include Brantley Gilbert, Jake Owen and Weezer. A three-day pass, including camping, starts at 245 bucks.
