NASHVILLE (AP) — Little Big Town are calling off more concerts to allow Jimi Westbrook more time to heal. The band say on their website they are calling off three weeks of shows to allow Westbrook to rest his voice. Westbrook had a polyp removed from his vocal cord in June. The band posted a video of themselves on Facebook that shows Westbrook with a piece of tape over his mouth and a tablet computer with the word “Sorry” around his neck. Little Big Town’s next scheduled date is August 22 in Avondale, Canada.
