PITTSBURGH (AP) — Pittsburgh is welcoming back Kenny Chesney, since he can prove he can throw a party without it getting out of control. Chesney has announced tour dates that include a Pittsburgh stop on July 2. Chesney performed there in 2013 and 73 people were arrested. He performed there in May but this time the parking lot was opened later. The May concert resulted in 10 people arrested and far less trash than the 2013 show. Chesney’s “Spread the Love” tour begins April 23 in Auburn, Alabama.
