NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Dolly Parton says yes, she’s been sick — but it’s nothing like what’s been making the rounds. The country star says “there is absolutely no truth at all that I have stomach cancer.” She does say, however, that she has had a problem with kidney stones. She says those were removed three weeks ago and she is now “doing just fine.” Rather than chastise those spreading stories that weren’t true, Parton says she loves and appreciates everyone’s concern.
