NASHVILLE (AP) — Hank Williams Junior is very fussy about his clothes. He says he insists on shopping at the Army surplus store at Friedman’s in Nashville because that’s “where the stars shop.” He says he was told he needs to wear more jewelry and not look like he’s going from a fishing boat to an interview. He says Minnie Pearl once told him his father, Hank Williams, did the same thing. Williams has a lot of respect for his father’s sense of style. He calls his dad “the original sharp-dressed, honky-tonk rambling man.” Williams has a song called “Dress Like An Icon” on his new album, “It’s About Time.” Williams and Chris Stapleton will also perform together on eight dates this summer beginning with Tampa on August 5.
