LOS ANGELES (AP) — It was a vegan birthday cake for Billy Ray Cyrus. And, according to E!Online, it was baked for him by his daughter, pop star Miley Cyrus. The country star best known for the hit “Achy Breaky Heart” turned 54. Miley posted some pics from the party on her Instagram account.
