DENVER (AP) — Taylor Swift is filing a counterclaim against a former Denver radio host who sued her. David Mueller sued Swift in federal court in Denver, charging he lost his job because of false accusations that he inappropriately touched Swift during a photo session. Swift’s counter argument filed yesterday says Mueller claims his superior at KYGO committed the alleged assault. But Swift points the finger solely at Mueller. She’s asking for a jury trial.
