VIENNA, Va. (AP) — Kelly Clarkson is calling off all her concerts this week because her doctors have ordered vocal rest. Clarkson says she is “so bummed” and she never cancels anything unless it’s absolutely necessary. She says she can’t wait to get healthy. Clarkson plans to be back on stage in Ottawa, Ontario, on October 1.
