NASHVILLE (AP) — Joey Feek of Joey and Rory is ending her cancer treatments after a scan revealed the cancer is aggressively spreading. Her husband, Rory, writes on their blog Joey had been treating her cervical cancer with chemotherapy and radiation. Rory Feek says Joey has done everything she was supposed to do but they have reached the end of what medicine can do. They have called off all appearances and returned home, in Joey’s words, “Not to die, but to live.” He says the doctors gave an estimate on how much time Joey has but he did not reveal that. He says he threw away the calendar. The Feeks have one daughter, Indiana, who is 20 months old.
