NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Two of country music’s top vocal harmony groups have been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Oak Ridge Boys join the hall, along with the late Jim Ed Brown and his sisters Maxine and Bonnie. Oak Ridge Boys Joe Bonsall, Duane Allen, William Lee Golden and Richard Sterban each received a medallion as the newest members of the hall. Jim Ed Brown was inducted at his bedside a few days before his death in June, and his sisters received their medallion during the ceremony. Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Dierks Bentley, Vince Gill and Marty Stuart performed tributes during the ceremony in Nashville last night. The late guitar great Grady Martin was also inducted.
