HILLSBORO, Ore. (AP) — “Ann (Don’t Go Runnin’)” singer Tommy Overstreet has died. His wife, Diane, says Overstreet died Monday at his home in Hillsboro, Oregon, at the age of 78. She says Overstreet suffered from heart and lung disease. “Ann (Don’t Go Runnin’)” hit number 2 on the Billboard country chart in 1972. Overstreet’s other hits include “Gwen (Congratulations),” ”I Don’t Know You (Anymore),” and “That’s When My Woman Begins.”
