Cape Country 104 invites you to join us in honoring some of the members of our community who are doing great things for Cape Cod.
Non-profit leaders. Volunteers. Teachers who are delivering innovative learning solutions. First responders. Or everyday heroes who stepped up during the COVID-19 crisis.
Each month, we invite listeners to nominate an unsung hero and let us know why he or she deserves to be honored as Cape Country 104’s Cape Codder of the Month. We’ll review submitted nominations and determine a local person to honor. Each winner will receive a $100! Nominate someone below!
